  • Breakfast

    These also make great snacks or are useful for food on the go.

  • Lunch

    I’ve kept it simple. You can put anything you like in the wrap as long as you are having some protein and some healthy fats.

  • Dinner

    This is too much for one meal so save some of the protein balls for snacks. If you had turkey for lunch replace the meat with minced beef.
