TIP: New experiences are good for our emotional health. Trying new things gives us a hit of dopamine (feel good chemical) and makes us feel rewarded. I always think ‘what’s the worst that could happen?’ before embarking on a new experience.

Your daily menu

  • Breakfast

    You can store the mixture in the fridge for a couple of days to save time in the morning.

  • Lunch

    You can substitute chicken for any protein of your choice. You can even use the protein balls from another recipe if you have some leftover.

  • Dinner

    If you skip the cheese this is a vegan meal, add extra sesame seeds for protein.
